Personalised Product Discovery Platform For Ecommerce Brands, ‘Unbxd’ Raises Undisclosed Series B

As ecommerce thrives, services revolving around this vertical have grown exponentially. And today, we are seeing fresh signs of how investors too, are pushing in more money into such startups. Unbxd, a startup which helps ecommerce brands create a more personalised buying experience, has secured undisclosed amount in a fresh Series B round.

The funding was led by entities advised and managed by Nirvana Venture Advisors, along with existing investors including IDG Ventures, Inventus Capital and Indian Angel Network. These fresh funds will be primarily deployed to further expand and scale Unbxd’s current offering.

The startup current offers two kinds of solutions to ecommerce brands. One of them is an enterprise package which features integrations like Site Search and Personal Recommendation. While the other is an ‘Apps and Modules’ solution, where in the company helps companies integrate various modules into their apps, some of them being Shopify Modules, Magento site search etc.

Unbxd CEO  Pavan Sondur says,

This (funding) will allow us to grow faster. The funds raised will be used to further strengthen the product, and scale sales and marketing to meet the growing demand for their products.

The company had last raised a $2 Million Series A round, way back in 2013, wherein the company focussed on strengthening its presence in Singapore and in the North American markets.
