Ownership Structure

The Tech Portal is published and operated by Blue Box Media Private Limited, a privately held company headquartered in India.

Blue Box Media has raised private investment from a select group of angel investors, including Mahavir Pratap Sharma, Dr. Ajay Data, and others. These investors hold minority stakes and are not involved in the editorial operations of The Tech Portal.

The majority ownership and strategic control remain with the founding team of Blue Box Media.

Editorial Independence

Editorial independence is fundamental to The Tech Portal’s mission. While our investors and commercial partners provide financial support, they exercise no influence or control over editorial decisions, news coverage, or journalistic priorities.

  • Editorial staff operate independently of the company’s commercial and investor interests.

We do not accept payments or support that require or imply favorable coverage.
