Intel, which recently asserted that its technology is the one which will form the basis of wearable technology, is now partnering with American watchmaker, Fossil, (via <Re/Code>) to make its own range of wearables.
Intel CEO Brian Krzanich has said that the company aims to go along with partners, rather than alone, in the wearables business. Intel has not only partnered with Fossil. Reports have come in, which indicate that the chipmaker has partnered with several fashion brands on a smart bracelet.
Fossil said that it will also be looking to partner with Intel Capital to look for potential investment opportunities.
