As per apple’s plans, iPhone users would be able to pay at various retail stores using their phone, instead of using their credit or debit cards for the same. All they will need to do is, to present their phones at the time of checkout and the payment will be done.

Many analysts think that Apple has a real chance of getting into this, largely because of the huge amount of credit card databases which it has with it from iTunes and App Store.
