We have known this for quite long that Google is planning to launch a new Offline, Music subscription service via YouTube. But today, a blog named Android Police revealed certain screenshots, which give us valuable insight into what MusicKey might actually be.

YouTube Music Key will offer a 30-day free trial to start, after which the service will run $9.99/month. Interestingly, that price will evidently include both YouTube Music Key and Google Play Music Key.

This new subscription service is a smart move, considering the fact that YouTube already provides a powerful creation and curation model. Also, integrating the Play Music library into it will create a powerful subscription service, which will give a fresh breath of life to Google’s Play Music.

We are still not sure as to when this service will launch. But Google has already registered a new domain for the service, by the name of youtubemusickey.com, so expect the launch by the end of this year or beginning of 2015.
