OnePlus has already announced that it is soon going to launch its latest flagship smartphone, OnePlus 6T. While the launch date is not yet revealed, it is believed to be 17th October.

The company has already confirmed that the phone wont’t come with a 3.5mm headphone jack. It is also confirmed to feature the new and trendy in-display fingerprint sensor instead of the traditional one.

Now, a latest report reveals that the OnePlus 6T will come powered by 3,700mAh battery, which represents about 12 percent increase over the 3,300mAh battery in the OnePlus 6. However, it is still smaller than other flagships like the Samsung Galaxy Note 9and Huawei P20 Pro, which feature 4,000mAh batteries. The battery is OnePlus 6T is also expected to have support for the company’s proprietary fast charging technology.

The Oppo R17 Pro also comes with a 3,700mAh battery. So, the 3,700mAh battery on the OnePlus 6T makes sense as the phone will allegedly have the same design as the Oppo R17 Pro. It will come with a waterdrop drop notch on top of the display, instead of the regular wide notch.

We’ll have to wait till the official launch of the smartphone to know for sure what is packs inside. The launch is expected to happen on 17th October, so the wait is for a few weeks only.
