After launching P10 and P10 Plus at Mobile World Congress last month, Huawei has now launched another variant in this P10 line-up — Huawei P10 Lite. The phone was earlier available on pre-order in Italy, even before the official launch.
The phone’s design language is very much similar to the P10 flagships. The handset comes with a 2.5D curved glass on the front and a metal frame, with color options being Midnight Black and Platinum Gold, with ceramic sandblasted finish on the back.
The P10 Lite comes with a 5.20-inch full HD display with a screen resolution of 1080 pixels x 1920 pixels. It is powered by a 2.15GHz octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 658 processor and comes with 4GB of RAM. The phone packs 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.
As far as the cameras are concerned, the device features a 12-megapixel primary camera on the rear and an 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat OS with company’s own EMUI 5.1 on top and is powered by a 3100mAh non-removable battery.
The dual SIM smartphone measures 146.50 x 72.00 x 7.20 cm (height x width x thickness) and weigh 142.00 grams. Connectivity options on the device include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, USB OTG, Headphones, FM, 3G, and 4G LTE.
The Huawei P10 Lite has been officially launched in the UK and is priced at GBP 299 (roughly Rs. 24,000). It will go up for pre-orders from Carphone Warehouse, EE, and Vodafone, and will go on sale from March 31. Currently, there is no info available regarding the phone’s launch in other regions.
