After launching K6 Power, China-based Lenovo has launched yet another budget smartphone in the Indian market. The company has launched Lenovo K6 Note in India, with price starting at Rs. 13,999.

The K6 Note is the successor of Lenovo K5 Note, which is still available to purchase at a price of Rs. 11,999. The design of K6 Note, unibody metal build, is similar to the recently launched K6 Note Power.

The phone features a 5.5 inch Full HD display like its predecessor with the only difference being in the display technology. While K5 Note had the LTPS display technology, the same is missing in this model.

The device is powered by a Snapdragon 430 octa-core processor, coupled with Adreno 505 GPU and 32GB of internal storage. The K6 Note comes in two variants – 3GB RAM and 4GB RAM. You can also expand the internal memory by using a microSD card.

There is a 16 MP rear camera with Phase Detection Autofocus (PDAF) and Dual Tone Dual LED flash. The K5 Note came with a 13 MP f/2.2 shooter. It also comes with an 8 MP front snapper which can take wide angle selfies.

As of software, the phone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Vibe UI on top. It is powered by a 4,000mAh Li-Poly battery, which could last through a day of heavy to moderate use. Connectivity options on the phone include WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, A-GPS and microUSB 2.0.

The Lenovo K6 Note comes in three color options, which includes Silver, Gold, and Grey. The smartphone will go on sale in India through offline stores starting from December 17, 2016. The 3GB RAM variant of the K6 Note is priced at Rs 13,999 while the 4GB RAM variant costs Rs 15,499.
