In addition to the new design, the most important development is that Microsoft is also bringing it to the United Kingdom in the coming weeks. The personal assistant has been available in the United Sates to Android and iOS users for a while now, but it is now finally coming to the UK.
As of today, Cortana will be available on Android in the UK, and iOS “in a few weeks.” The new design also includes quick actions like new reminders or weather information straight on the landing page of the system for iOS and Android, which means users don’t have to use voice all the time. Microsoft is also adding in full-page answers, and making the app quicker and easier to use.
