GoSwiff International, a global financial solutions provider headquartered in Singapore has today announced the appointment of Mark Patrick as their new Chief Executive Officer. Patrick succeeds Simone Ranucci Brandimarte, who has stepped down after two years in the role.

Prior to this appointment, Patrick was the Managing Director of Ingenico ePayment’s online and mobile commerce division for the Asia Pacific region. He had also founded an e-payment solutions consulting company Janus Payment Solutions and held various senior management roles at MasterCard Worldwide and VeriFone Inc.

said Patrick, expressing his excitement to join the new team.

Mark Patrick has a strong international experience in building multi-million dollar businesses and capturing market share in Asia, Europe and the Middle East for electronic payments and eCommerce. According to an official statement, at GoSwiff, Mr. Patrick will focus on developing and launching “new and unique” payment solutions and services leveraging the “latest advancements in mobile technologies”.
GoSwiff Chairman Maurice A. Amon expressed his gratitude to Ranucci Brandimarte for his contribution to the business and said,

Now that GoSwiff has successfully gained recognition and established a foothold in the mobile payments industry, it is the ideal time for a new leadership team with a strong operational focus and experience in building advanced payment solutions to step in and take the business to new levels.

Incorporated in 2010, GoSwiff claims to have operations in 25 markets around the world. The company recently sealed a partnership deal with Ooredoo as its “global mobile payments and marketing solution provider”.

With the boom in the e-payments sector, GoSwiff also wants to bolster its platform and team by bringing in a deemed leader in the form of Patrick, who will use his experience and expertise in the finance sector to improve the company’s position not only in Singapore but in the international market.
