Netflix, the popular internet movie and TV subscription service made a surprising announcement that it will be expanding its service to Australia and New Zealand in March 2015.
The company announced that the users in Australia and New Zealand will be able to subscribe to Netflix and instantly to watch a curated selection of popular movies and TV shows in high-definition or even 4K where it is available.
As per the announcement, it seems that only limited “curated” content will be available at the time of launch. The company may add more content later on.
The company has not announced any specific date of launch and the pricing of the service. It said that they will reveal other details on later date. Those who are interested in using the service, can sign up to get notified about its launch.
