Samsung’s upcoming flagship smartphone — Galaxy S8 is slated to launch in March this year. Along with S8, the company is also going to launch another variant of the phone, dubbed as Galaxy S8+.

Now, in yet another leak related to the smartphone, Evan Blass of VentureBeat has posted the spec sheet of the S8+ model on Twitter. In this complete spec sheet, the one particular thing that caught everyone’s attention is the monstrous 6.2-inch display on the phone.

While a 6.2-inch display is massive, the phone may not be much larger than the Galaxy Note 7 which came with a 5.7-inch display. This is due to design changes that Samsung is going to adopt with this new S8-series.

From leaked photos, it is already clear that Samsung has decided to drop the physical button as the company is aiming to drastically reduce the bezel sizes on the phone. The Korean giant had already managed to eliminate the side-bezels with its curved display but is now trimming the top and bottom bezels. Thus, even if the display is bigger, the phone’s size will be comparatively smaller.

The latest leak has confirmed that there will be Galaxy S8+ variant of the company’s flagship smartphone, but it is not yet clear exactly how the S8+ will differ from the standard S8, apart from the display size.

Both the model could carry a Snapdragon 835 processor, a 12 megapixel rear camera, and an 8 megapixel front-facing camera. The spec sheet does indicate that the S8+ will have rounded corners on the display, an iris scanner for biometric authentication, 64GB of storage, 4GB of memory. The phone will also be dust and water-resistant, a common feature nowadays for Samsung smartphones.
