HR analytics company, inFeedo has today announced that it raised $200,000 from group of investors led by Dheeraj Jain; Managing Partner, Redcliffe Capital and Anupam Mittal, CEO of Shaadi.com. The funding was also assisted by Ameera Shah, CEO of Metropolis; Vivek Bhargava, Group CEO of DAN Performance; Rahul Singh, CEO of Beer Cafe and Ambarish Gupta, CEO of Knowlarity.
inFeedo is an AI driven HR analytics firm founded by Tanmaya Jain in the year 2013. The company through its chatbots helps HRs collect anonymous feedbacks, thus identifying areas of improvement and tracking high impact issues across departments. Lately, inFeedo built a chatbot called Amber. The chatbot (amber.infeedo.com) is in constant touch with employees and automatically generates culture reports. Through the study of these reports HR could take up actions and meet needs of the staff. Previously, the company grabbed on the spot funding of Rs. 50 lakh from two investors on The Vault Show where it was selected from 5000+ participants.
Talking about the fundraising round, Tanmaya Jain said,
With a phenomenal response from over a 100+ HR Heads across the country, we’ve reached a stage where we’re almost unable to deal with the incoming interest. We are currently live with 16+ companies and are on track to touch more than 10,000 paid users by the end of the year 2016. The investment further validates our disruption in HR analytics and employee engagement but we required the funds to help us deal with scale.
The said funding is predicted to be utilized towards the improvement of its chatbot’s machine learning, natural language processing and predictive analytics capabilities. Seeing their growing demand, it might be channelized for expansion pan India and across the globe by 2017.
