With this partnership, both companies plan to facilitate donations of crayon color packs for underprivileged kids. Today, Uber riders have the option to purchase Camlin crayons through the Snapdeal app and help deliver happiness in the form of numerous donations to these children in NGOs.

The donated crayons will reach underprivileged children via NGOs, which include – Teach for India, Oxfam India, Bhumi, Care India, Give India and more.

Commenting on this, Rajnish Wahi, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Communications, Snapdeal, said,

Through Snapdeal Sunshine, our CSR arm, we continue to provide our users various options to support social causes through in-kind donation.  We are sure that this joint initiative with Uber will get a resounding response. Small gestures like these mean the world to young recipients and encourage our NGO partners in their noble pursuits.

The campaign will run from 14th November to 21st November. You can donate colour pencils and crayons directly through the Snapdeal website here.
