Gionee is going to launch its upcoming flagship smartphone, Gionee S9 on November 15. Before the launch, the Chinese smartphone maker has outed a teaser which suggests that the phone will have a front-facing flash.

Along with the official announcements and teasers from the company, the live images of the S9 smartphone has been leaked. As the images shows, the phone will be casted out of metal.

The smartphone has already been certified for sale in China by TENAA, and has also been seen in a benchmark database. It will have a 5.5-inch full HD 1080p display, and will be powered by a MediaTek Helio P10 chipset. It packs 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.

Gionee S9 is also following this year’s trend of dual camera setup. It will most likely sport a 13-megapixel selfie camera with flash. The back of the phone will house a 13-megapixel and 5-megapixel resolution dual-camera setup. Running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system, the phone will be powered by a 3,000 mAh battery. Further, it will also have a physical home button, which will probably have an embedded fingerprint scanner.

We will know everything regarding the phone once it gets launched on December 9. So, stay tuned for more information on the pricing and availability of the smartphone
