HouseJoy, which claims to be the largest home services company in India’s scattered market, has today announced the acquisition of MyWash, an on-demand dry cleaning and laundry service provider for an undisclosed amount.

After the acquisition, the company hopes that the combination of both companies will give the combined entity unprecedented potential to scale and own the laundry vertical.

With this acquisition, it has become the largest player in laundry across India and further strengthens Housejoy’s position as the leading home services company in India.

Commenting about the acquisition, Saran Chatterjee, CEO at Housejoy said,
