Apple just brought in its retina display technology into the 21.5 inch iMac range, with 4K resolution displays. Announcing a number of updates to its iMac range, Apple has made universal retina display in all iMac’s including the 27 inch iMacs, which now has the capacity to display 5K resolution.
Along with retina display, Apple has also included faster processors, and the upgraded system graphics, and entrenched two Thunderbolt 2 ports.

The new iMac’s also feature the magic of Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse. Apple has however decided to keep the Force Touch Magic Trackpad as an optional accessory.
With 4K, iMac can turnout a crystal clear 4096 x 2304 resolution consisting of over 9 million pixels. Powering its phenomenal output, the machines depend on Intel Core processor. Intel’s fifth-generation processors have been upgraded with Intel Iris Pro graphics fetching $1499 and above.
The 27-inch iMacs on the hand are provided with AMD Radeon R9 graphics cards with sixth-generation Intel processors at heart. This machine is priced at $1799 and above.
Apple is flying on the 4K tide as its flagship iPhone 6s boasts of a camera with 4K capacity. Its other product the Apple TV has been left out of this futuristic norm for Apple.
