In yet another court battle involving Samsung, Microsoft has accused the Korean smartphone giant of not paying licensing fees, with sum amounting to over $6.9 Million, WPCentral reported.
The court document, filed just a couple of days ago, reveal that Microsoft is asking to pay Samsung, its second year royalties, to the tune of $6.9 Million. Samsung, in 2013, had paid $1 Billion to Microsoft as royalty and licensing amount.
Samsung, on its side, has argued that it is not liable to pay loyalties to Microsoft has the U.S. Softeare giant acquired Nokia, a competing smartphone brand.
