Undesirable calls not only breaks our flow of the day but also possess several risks imputed within. Truecaller is a dialer app used by millions of people on a daily basis to be saved from such unwanted and outcasted calls. But, we may miss out some important calls, such as from our broadband provider or product delivery guy if not identified correctly. Thus, to further extend its free support to customers, Truecaller has now collaborated with Snapdeal ensuring that delivery calls are not skipped.
Following the partnership, Snapdeal will integrate Truecaller Priority in the company’s IVR and order confirmation numbers. This will assist the customers with Truecaller app installed on their mobiles to recognise and filter IVR (delivery verification calls) when shopping on Snapdeal. The smartphone with Trucaller’s app installed will either display delivery calls as ‘Snapdeal Order Team’ or ‘Snapdeal Delivery Team’. Moreover, to ease the identification process, the said calls will be colour coded in purple.
Talking about the latest development within the Snapdeal system, Jayant Sood, Chief Customer Experience Officer, Snapdeal said,
We are very pleased to bring the Truecaller Priority feature to our platform. It will help reduce a key friction point in the delivery process; ensuring that our customers don’t miss out on any important calls from Snapdeal, and also increase the daily rate of deliveries for us by increasing the call completion rate.
This new feature not only enhances the security offered by the online marketplace but also assures that customers do not miss out on important deliveries. This will aid the customer along with the delivery pupil, all while helping in unified communication between the said channels. The partnership targets to reduce the rate of no response calls for Snapdeal and boosting customer satisfaction.
