Chinese smartphone maker Nubia has today taken the wraps off its latest innovation N1, featuring long lasting battery capabilities. Nubia’s N1 has got an upgrade and it now comes equipped with a unique battery technology known as ‘NeoPower.’ Also, the company has refreshed the color variants for this unveiling.
The distinctive ‘NeoPower’ technology allows the phone to offer a battery life of 3.1 days for normal usage and 1.9 days for heavy users. This atop a low power consumption by the phone. The technology has been combined with a 5000mAh battery, delivering a product suitable for on the go generation. The smartphone also has a built-in power-saving mode which enables a user to save power in games, navigation, social communication, and browser. The mode only closes unnecessary applications but also lowers down the speed of power consumption.

Apart from having a juiced up battery, the phone excels in other fields as well. N1 features a sleek body and design with a display of 5.5-inch FHD screen. Equipped with a 13-MP rear as well as front camera, N1 operates on Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based nubia 4.0 UI. The phone offers a hybrid dual-SIM slot (nano+nano, dual standby) to customers along with a storage capacity of 3GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. Moreover, the fresh nubia N1 comes with 64-bit octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor.
Special features for an enriched photography experience have also been added to the phone such as PDAF (phase detection auto-focus), Neo vision 5.9 technology, 3D noise reduction technology, low-light image enhancement, hand-held image stabilization, DSLR quality digital imaging, LTM regional color control, and accurate photo color restoration. The N1 is further capable of capturing videos at 1080p or 720p resolutions.
The storage capacity can be expanded to 128GB through a MicroSD card slot. Trending across the globe, the phone also keeps in customers inclination towards fingerprint recognition. It includes convenient fingerprint recognition system with a rapid 0.2 second unlock speed. It also combines fingerprint screenshot and photo features to the said system.
N1 supports the Cat 6 network and VoLTE high-definition voice calls as well provide screen split-up function. The split up option divides the screen into two parts to be used simultaneously.
Nubia N1 in India is priced at Rs. 12,499 and will be exclusively available on Amazon.in, starting from February 8. A customer can choose from two new color variants — Black and Gold.
