LeEco’s Le2 smartphone, which was only available offline, has now been launched online, as part of its streamlining strategy. The Le2 smartphone will be available exclusively via Snapdeal, at a price of Rs. 13,999.
The smartphone comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 octa-core processor along with 3GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage cannot be expanded any further.
As of the camera, the phone packs a 16 MP rear camera with an aperture of f/2.0 along with phase detection autofocus and dual-LED flash. There is an 8 MP front facing camera module with f/2.2 aperture.
The smartphone is powered by a non-removable Li-Ion battery of 3,000mAh. It also supports Quick Charge 2.0 technology. On the software front, the phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. On top, there is the company’s own EUI 5.1 custom skin.
Connectivity options on the device include Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, USB Type C, and GPS. Further, the phone also comes with a fingerprint scanner for added protection. The LeTouch Technology for fingerprint scanning offers 360-degree touch and flash recognition in just 0.15 seconds. Other sensors in the device include Gyroscope, Magnetometer, Gravity Sensor, Proximity Sensor, Ambient Light Sensor and Infrared Sensor.
The LeEco Le2, available through Snapdeal is priced at Rs. 13,999 in Rose Gold colour only. Notably, the original Le 2 has 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage, and is available online for Rs 11,999.
