Housing.com might have gone through a lot of troughs during its tech leadership restructuring, but it has still maintained to uphold its position as the most trusted and innovative real estate platform in India. And following the same ideology, the company has today announced the launch of its new product for home buyers — Privilege Price Cards.

Using the Privilege Price Card, the home buyers can get instant access to exclusive deals and discounts on properties across India. The Card service will commence in Pune, which is one of the fastest growing markets for residential real-estate and has several new projects in the works. The city is also attracting interest not only from Indian investors but NRI’s living in US, UK and Middle East as well.

For the launch, the company has partnered with some of the leading real-estate developers in Pune, including, B U Bhandari Landmarks, Kumar Properties, Pride Group, Goel Ganga Developments, Mittal Brothers, Naiknavare, Nirman Developers, Kool Homes and many more.

Housing will offer special deals and help you save more on your newest home purchase, offering you a selection of 25 projects that are currently under development across some of the best localities of Pune.

Commenting on the launch of the PPC, Nikhil Rungta, Chief Marketing Officer, Housing.com says that,

Buying a home is one of the most important decisions and at Housing.com we are constantly trying to help buyers take this decision in a stress-free and convenient way. Keeping in line with this endeavour we are happy to launch the ‘Privilege Price Card’ which will help buyers get access to some of the best deals and special prices on properties across India and enable them to buy their dream home.

We believe that the PPC has the potential to transform the way homes will be bought and sold in India, both, for homebuyers and developers. We are overwhelmed by the response from the developers, and will soon be launching the product across the country.

he adds.

But, you must be wondering — how does the Privilege Price Card(PPC) actually work and how to redeem it?

Well, your first step would be to go ahead and shortlist a property on which the Privilege Card is applicable. You can choose from the aforementioned over 25 projects. Then, once you’ve shortlisted the property, buy the card that is applicable on that property. The price of the privilege cards start from as low as Rs. 9,999. Now, the final step is to visit the developer and present the Privilege Price Card at the time of payment to avail upto Rs. 30 Lakhs in discount on your dream home.

This is the first time, a real-estate/property aggregator is offering discount coupons on the purchase of homes. So, we can’t really comment on how good the proposition is, until we see some happy customers and some healthy discounts. Housing, though is really trying hard to cope up and uphold its position in the market after the Rahul Yadav debacle a couple years ago. The company also expects to see $10 million in revenues this fiscal year.
