Mind Your Fleet, a transportation and logistics software provider, has today announced closure of an undisclosed amount of funding in its angel funding round.
The company has not revealed the amount raised, nor the name of investors who participated in the current funding round. With the capital raised in this seed funding round, the company will scale up its infrastructure and make its team stronger by getting more talent on-board.
Mind Your Fleet has more than 1,000 cars registered on its server. The list of company’s clientele includes Eco Rent a Car, Fab Cabs, Ixigo, Flash Cabs, Bluesky Cabs and Orange Cabs, among others.
The company claims that in March 2015, more than 15,000 bookings were completed from the accumulated clients and the number is expected to grow at a rapid pace in the next coming months.
Mind Your Fleet, founded by Malvinder Singh Rikhy and Jitender Arora in October 2015, is an online collaborative tool which provides small fleet cab owners a platform where they can manage their business via Android App and website.
It provides end-to-end online enterprise tool for ground transportation & logistics companies. Using the company’s technology, which it claims is easy-to-use, innovative and real-time, clients can efficiently and cost-effectively manage, promote and distribute their businesses online.
The platform offers features such as native booker-supplier-traveler apps, automated booking & dispatch scheduler, robust accounting and god’s-eye-view technology, to cater to every aspect of business through one single platform.
Its mobile application is available on Android as well as iOS, enabling fleet owners to do various operational management such as booking management, fleet management, corporate management along with billing and accounting features for customers and drivers.
The startup provides customizable interface for a mobile app that links drivers and customers, with GPS tracking, data management, and special offer and promotion codes, for a one-time fee.
With M-Taxi getting on-board with Mind Your Fleet, the company has also extended its service towards two wheeler bike-taxis. It is currently operational in Gurgaon only.

Several reports suggests that the company is also looking to expand its business to the overseas market. It is looking to expand its operation to Dubai, Kenya, and New Zealand by building an international real-time dedicated fleet for all ground transportation and logistics businesses.
