iPhone 6 Plus

Ever since its launch, iPhone 6 Plus has been eating up a lot of market share. The device has been majorly appreciated by consumers and critics alike, for Apple’s ability to pack in a lot more than just a large screen size.

While the device in itself is quite a treat, there was a slight hardware bug that crawled into a small percentage of the iPhone 6+’s. According to Apple, the issue has to do with a component inside its iSight sensor which causes the images taken from it to look blurred.

The company believes that the issue does not extend to the iPhone 6 and that it effects only “a limited serial number range” of the phablet devices that were sold between the launch in September 2014 and January 2015.

Apple is hence offering to fix this issue if your phablet is producing blurry pictures and it falls under the serial number range. if you are eligible for the fix, head over to this website.

Finding your serial device number has also been made simple by the tech giant, just head over to this website and follow the instructions.

While Apple won’t be replacing your device itself, your camera components will be swapped for better ones. And you get all this free of charge unless your iPhone has seen bad days and has bruises or cracks on its screen which could incur additional service charges.
