Oppo, one of the leading Chinese smartphone makers, has again made its way into the rumors mill, thanks to its upcoming flagship device — Find 9. As per the new reports, the phone is expected to launch in March this year.

Last month, the phone’s images were leaked which revealed the design of the smartphone. The photo suggested that the phone will have a bezel-less display, similar to that of Nubia Z11. While the design is said to be bezel-less, do not expect anything similar to Xiaomi’s Mi Mix concept smartphone.

Besides the design of the smartphone, the internal specifications of the device have also been outed. A report suggests that the device will be available in two versions – one with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor along with 6GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage and another version will be a cheaper variant with Snapdragon 653 processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage.

On the software front, the phone is expected to run on an all-new Find OS, which will be based on an Artificial Intelligence system. It will be interesting to see the Chinese giant’s take on AI-based custom OS. Using the said capability, users can call upon the AI voice assistant to access different games, even those stored in the browser bookmarks, such as casinoaus australia, pokemonshowdown, etc. While not many details are available for this OS, we are expecting it to be similar to custom AI OS from Samsung and HTC.

Other rumoured details related to the device include a 21 MP rear camera with dual-tone LED Flash, 4K Video recording support, and a 16 MP front-facing camera. There is also a fingerprint sensor and a host of connectivity options, including 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (MIMO), Bluetooth 4.2 LE and GPS. Also, the phone is said to pack 4100mAh battery with support for VOOC flash charge.

The Oppo Find 9 will reportedly start at CNY 3999 ($581), which is quite steep for a smartphone that is powered by the Snapdragon 653 chipset. While rumours suggest a March 2017 launch date for the Find 9, there is no official word from the company as of yet.
