Rise Mumbai brings the Social Entrepreneurship Impact Conference on 25th November with an aim to bring together social entrepreneurs, investors, finance professionals, academics, corporate, NGOs and organizations with a social mission, to connect and have an overview of social entrepreneurship ecosystem. Themed as “The Social Entrepreneurship ~ challenges & the way forward,” this Social Impact conference intends to understand the social sector, the scope of innovation, commercialization & scalability in the social sector and understanding the funding options for social entrepreneurs and ways to leverage it.

The keynote address in the conference will be made by Mangesh Wange (COO, Swadesh Foundation) followed by Abhay Garg (Portfolio Associate Director-India, Acumen Fund), Devanshi Dwivedi ( Lead- Corporate Social Responsibility, MGB Advisors), Nikhil Gampa (Co-founder, GreenWave), and Jay Rege (Co-founder, Paaduks). The event will witness panel discussions, interaction with successful social entrepreneurs and micro-entrepreneur along with prospective investors followed by a networking session. Leanne Kemp, CEO and Founder, Everledger, a UK startup which took part in the Rise by Barclays Accelerator class of June 2015, says,
