Earlier this year, LeEco and Coolpad partnered to launch Cool 1 Dual smartphone. Now, both companies are coming together again to launch a new smartphone. Dubbed “Cool”, the new smartphone has already cleared TENNA certification.
As the phone has passed the certification process, some key specifications of the phone have been leaked. As per the leak, the phone will feature a 5.5-inch full HD display.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by a Snapdragon 821 processor. The leak suggests two RAM options – 4GB and 6GB. It also has three storage options – 32GB, 64GB and 128GB.
On the camera front, it comes with 16 MP rear camera and 8 MP front facing camera. It is said to be running on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. Further, the battery capacity is suggested to be 4000mAh battery.
Some reports hint at the colour options of the smartphone to be Gold, White, Silver, Blue and Black. There is currently no information regarding its availability or pricing.
However, as the phone has already passed the certification process, we expected it to be launched very soon. With such specifications, the phone will be competing against the likes of OnePlus 3.
The Cool 1 Dual was launched under the partnership of both LeEco and Coolpad, with a starting price of CYN 1,099 (approx. Rs 10,990).
