Oppo, the smartphone manufacturer which is obsessed with selfie-centric smartphones, is coming up with yet another smartphone focused on this concept. The company is reportedly going to launch its new smartphone “Oppo F3 Plus” in India on March 23.

Oppo has today sent out media invites featuring a silhouette of a dual camera module, suggesting that the smartphone could come with the dual camera setup for producing DSLR-like images.

Although the Chinese company has not confirmed the smartphone it’ll launch, Oppo is long-rumored to be working on the successors for its smartphones. The Oppo F3 and F3 Plus are said to be the successor of F1 series. The phones are also speculated to come with a dual selfie camera.

The smartphones are said to sport a full metal body and a design language that is similar to its predecessor. The rumor has it that the phone will come with a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display. Under the hood, it is expected to come powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 635 processor paired with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

On the other hand, the OPPO F3 Plus is speculated to come with a 6-inch full HD Super AMOLED display and come with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. On the software front, both devices will run on Android 7.0 Nougat OS — with company’s own Color OS on top.

For photography, F3 is likely to feature a 20-megapixel front camera while the F3 Plus is expected to come with a dual selfie camera with a combination of 20-megapixel and 8-megapixel sensors. The smartphones are expected to be fuelled with a 3,075mAh battery with Super VOOC fast charging technology on the F3 Plus.

The pricing and availability details of the F3 and F3 Plus are not yet known, but it’s just a matter of a couple of weeks. We’ll have all the information when Oppo launches the smartphone on 23rd March.
