Riding on the success of its flagship smartphone OnePlus 3, the company, is now expected to launch the OnePlus 3T smartphone on 14th November in London. However, this has not been officially announced yet.

The OnePlus 3T, where the “T” seems to stand for “Turbo”, is said to be an upgraded variant of its flagship smartphone. It’s interesting that the company is launching OnePlus 3T as they earlier said that they will focus on only one smartphone in a year.

Coming to the specs of the phone, OnePlus’ co-founder Carl Pei had earlier said that they will be sticking with AMOLED panels for now. So, we are expecting an AMOLED display panel on the phone, however, screen size is not yet known(most likely 5.5-inch!?).

The device is said to feature Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 821 processor, with the same 6GB of RAM. It will be available in two storage variants, one with 64GB, and the other with 128GB.

Some reports also suggest that the phone will also be available in a black color option. Since the design of OnePlus 3 is well received by the users, we don’t expect any design changes for the OnePlus 3T.

Earlier leaks also suggest that the device will feature Sony’s IMX395 camera sensor. At the rear, we can expect a 16-megapixel f/1.7 lens while the front would still probably pack in a Sony 8-megapixel shooter. It will be powered by a 3300mAh and will also retain the DASH Charging feature.

The OnePlus 3T will reportedly run on a newer version of OxygenOS. The OS will be running on top of Android 7.0 Nougat. The smartphone is rumored to be priced at $480, which is $80 more than the OnePlus 3. Once launched, we are expecting the device to be available in India from early on.

Last month, the company launched its own e-commerce portal — oneplusstore.in, especially for the Indian market. It is selling accessories and fan merchandises on the portal.

OnePlus is also planning to invest more money in India than any other market, simply because of the growth that the company has witnessed recently. Further, OnePlus CEO Pete Lau has said that India will become the largest market for the company by the year 2017.
