Walmart Labs India, which is the local product development division of US retail giant Walmart, has announced that it has -hired an Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data analytics start-up This marks the second -hiring by Walmart Labs in the country within three months.

As a part of this deal, three engineers of the company, including co-founders Vinay Kumar NP and Praneeth Doguparthy, will join Walmart Labs India. They will be a part of the health and wellness portfolio under Customer Technology at Walmart Labs.

In a statement, Hari Vasudev, country head and vice president of technology, Walmart Labs India, said:

We look forward to building awesome customer experiences with this team by creating opportunities and bringing value to our customers around the globe. was founded in 2016 by Vinay Kumar NP and Praneeth Babu Doguparthy. It created a revenue intelligence platform for subscription and e-commerce companies. By connecting their payments processors to the platform, the firms can access data on customers, generate revenue reports and receive information on metrics like monthly recurring revenue, average revenue per user, churn rate and more.

As said, this is the second -hiring Walmart Labs India has made. A couple of months ago, it had -hired micro-app startup where the company merged Appsfly’s six-member team into its customer experience engineering group.
