In the wake of CES 2017, Samsung introduces its all new four-in-one laundry system — FlexWash+ FlexDry. The system offers two washers and two dryers in one system keeping in mind the strenuous lives of modern families. The machine also incorporates different laundry technologies extending choices available to customers.
Speqking on the launch, Seo Byung-Sam, President of Home Appliances at Samsung Electronics said in a blog post,
Everyone has different clothes and different ways of caring for them,Finally, FlexWash™ + FlexDry™ is a laundry system that fits any need, all at once. We are striving to give consumers the freedom and flexibility to adjust the laundry process for the way they live, not the other way around.
The front loader FlexWash has a loading capacity of five cubic feet while the top loader adds another cubic foot of capacity to wash small clothes separately from the main load. Users can use both the loaders at the same time with different settings, delivering a handy laundry experience to customers.
The systems dryer, FlexDry also incorporates two distinct units for large laundry loads and for delicate items. There is a Delicate Rack zone at the top of the dryer where users can lay clothes flat having a controlled, heated air flow. The zone automatically adjusts heat between the room temperature and 95 degrees Fahrenheit according to the fabric in the drier. The machine will also disinfect clothes and remove the wrinkles and odors using Samsung’s MultiSteam technology.
The working of all four components together along with versatile settings makes the system unique. Further, the machine is equipped with SuperSpeed, PowerFoam and Vibration Reduction (VRT) Technologies. The SuperSpeed will shorten the wash cycle while the VRT technology will minimize the noise level by reducing the vibrations. The PowerFoam technology enables deep cleaning of clothes with the innovative mixture of water, air and detergent.
To ease the laundry process further, the machine comes with a transparent glass on the top-load compartments for keeping an eye. The machine can also be connected to your smartphones using the Samsung Smart Home app to track the wash cycle. Both FlexWash + FlexDry are nominated for CES Innovation Award honorees in 2017 for furnishing a flexible laundry solution to the world.
