Housing.com, an online real-estate platform join hands with Tata Housing, a subsidiary of TATA Sons Limited in a first of its kind deal that will benefit both the platforms. The partnership deal is aimed at enhancing the buyer experience by developing new and unique solutions for both online and offline channels.

Under the deal, Housing.com will create an integrated pan-India brand platform displaying its current inventory which will include premium homes as well as Tata Value Homes. The company would also hold exclusive launches for its coming projects alongside providing various options for its buyers. To further the user experience, Housing will be bringing up interactive tools like Virtual Reality, exclusive content through Housing.com design studio in hand with Housing news, IREF platforms, events and brand platform.

The said platform to be created by Housing.com will feature properties under two categories — premium and affordable — in all major Indian cities. Further, Tata Housing will assist the company with leveraging the technology. The deal will also add to the goodwill of Housing.com by partnering with such a trusted name as Tata. Brotin Banerjee, MD and CEO of Tata Housing said in an interview,

Buyers today, are increasingly inclined towards purchasing or investing in projects developed by corporate houses.These groups generally deliver projects on time, without compromising on quality. Moreover, the growth of organised real estate, will provide a better structure to the sector, which is hoping for industry status.

Previously, Housing.com had launched Routing on its platform,which allows users to search homes and properties based on commute time or on-road distance from any specific establishment like a school, workplace, hospital, railway station etc. With Tata’s assistance in the technology space, Housing.com plans to establish a strong hold in the Indian real estate market.
