CA Technologies, a leading software development firm, has today announced the appointment of Ken Martin as Vice President, Solution Sales, Agile Central for the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region.

This is the second new appointment for the company in the APJ region in past couple of months. It had recently replaced Kenneth Arredondo, who has held the leading role in this region since 2014, with Martin Mackay. They are now working together to ensure a smooth transition for customers, partners, and employees. And now Ken is joining the region to support the same.

Talking about his appointment to the position, Martin says,

ken-ca-technologiesAfter spending a good 20 years in IT, Ken Martin is now an experienced industry leader. He is moving to CA from Intelligent Pathways, where he successfully delivered the company’s consulting services for New South Wales (Australia). He’s also spent a good part of his life working at regional leadership positions at HP and Compaq. Prior to that, Ken had also worked at Oracle and Toshiba as well.

Ken will now be responsible for handling the CA Agile Central platform, which is an enterprise-class platform that is purpose-built to scale agile development practices. It enables the company’s clients to sense, react and adapt to market shifts and operational needs immediately. This, the company, believes gives it the agile advantage over their competitors.

Commenting on this appointment, Martin Mackay, president and GM (APJ) at CA Technologies, says,

We see massive potential in the Agile Central business in APJ as organizations look to deploy agile at scale in order to deliver upon their digital transformation goals. It is exciting to have a leader of Ken’s caliber on board.
