Hyve Mobility has announced the launch of its flagship smartphone — Pryme for a price of Rs. 17,999 in India. The phone, launched in collaboration with MediaTek, features a gargantuan deca-core processor.
The smartphone will be available exclusively via Amazon India and the pre-registrations for the same will open on November 20.
The device sports a 5.7-inch full-HD display with screen resolution of 1920 x 720 pixels with 2.5D arc glass on top. It is powered by a 2.3GHz deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB of inbuilt storage, which is expandable via microSD card up to 200GB.
The Helio X20 SoC is pegged as the world’s first mobile processor with Tri-Cluster CPU architecture and ten processing cores that delivers improved battery performance by up to 30%.
Hyve Pryme features a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, and an 8-megapixel camera at the front with LED flash. As per the company, the smartphone has the best-in-class camera that supports HDR photography.
The dual SIM smartphone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and also features 4G VoLTE capability. Apart from 4G, other connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, and USB Type-C. The phone is powered by a 3500mAh battery.
The additional features include Touch2Call, ClearMotion for smoother video playback, BluLight Defender for reduced eye strain, Miravision for an enhanced display experience and an IR Blaster for remotely controlling devices.
