Power banks have become more than just a necessity for super smartphone users. As the battery technology has not improved as fast as those battery guzzling 4K, AMOLED and what not displays, coupled with faster but more energy requiring processors.
Realizing that, Ambrane has launched variety of power banks which ranges from different battery capacity to different design, targeting a wide array of customers.
Recently, we covered the company’s P-1311 power bank which comes with around 15,600mAh battery capacity. In this post, we will be covering Ambrane’s P-1001 and P-1111 power banks.
Ambrane P-1001 Power Bank
It is one of the exclusive chrome series power bank from the company, which is designed to fulfill the necessity of the portable charger for smart devices.
The power bank has a leather finished design, making it modish to allure the customers. The company has also included a torch light in the device. It is available in two colour options – Dynamic White and Vibrant Black.
The P-1001 power bank measures 9.5 x 7.9 x 2.0 centimeters and has an 80 percent efficiency rate.
There are also LED lights, which works as indicators for the amount of battery capacity remaining, along with showing the status of the charger.
At the top, there are two USB ports for charging your devices. Along with those two USB ports, there is also a microUSB port for charging the power bank. The two output USB ports can be used to charge two devices simultaneously.
On the side, there is a button placed to toggle ON and OFF. The Ambrane’s power bank is approved by Bureau of Indian Standard. It also comes with chipset level protection to provide better security features.
It monitors the output current and shuts off the operation when the current exceeds the maximum limit, in order to protect the device. It also comes with heat-sensitive and temperature control mechanism, ensuring that the batteries operate within a safe range.
The power bank comes equipped with Lithium Ion cells of around 10,005mAh capacity from LG. As per the company, it is capable enough to charge the 2500mAh battery in around 3 to 4 hours.
The company also claims that the battery has low self discharge rate compared to other power banks available in the market. Thus, even if the power bank is left unused for more than a few days, it will still be able to fully charge your smart devices.
As per the company, the Ambrane P-1001 power bank has enough capacity to full charge Apple iphone 5 for 5 times, fully charge Galaxy Note 4 for 2 times, iPhone 6 for 4 times and the Moto G2 for 3 times.
The power bank, which can be used to charge smartphones, tablets and even smart watches, provides approximated 500 times recharging competency.
Ambrane P-1111 Power Bank
While the P-1001 power bank is powered by a 10,500mAh battery, the P-1111 power bank comes with a capacity of 10,000mAh battery.
The Elongated Octagonal shaped power bank is made up of plastic material. It measures 140.7 x 62.3 mm and weights 300 grams.
Like every other power bank from the company, this one too comes with two USB output ports for charging to devices simultaneously and one USB input port for charging the power bank.
The power bank, which is designed for daily use, is available in two different colour – Turquoise Blue and Jet Black. Along with two USB ports on the right side, there is a button to toggle torch ON and OFF, which is placed at the top.
While the company has reduced the battery capacity of the power bank in this model, it has not compromised with the security features. This one also comes with short circuit protection, heat resistance and temperature resistance, along with PTC protective cells.
The 10,000mAh Li-ion power bank is claimed to fully charge iPhone 5 for 5 times, Galaxy Note 4 for 2 times, iPhone 6 for 3 times and the Moto G2 for 3 times.
Also, the Ambrane P-1111 Power Bank is compatible with all devices. You can use it to charge your smartphone, tablet, smart watch and even media players. It is available for a price of Rs. 1,799 in India.
