In a major blow to electronics and mobile giant, Samsung, the Supreme Court of India has ordered Samsung’s chairman, Lee Kun Hee to appear before a trial court for alleged crime involving U.S.$1.4 Million.
As per the report on IBN Live, this comes after the Samsung Chairman approached the apex court seeking that a criminal case and non bailable warrants issued against him be quashed. The complaint against Samsung and Lee Kun-hee is that they failed to honour a payment of $ 1.4 million.
