ePoise, a Bangalore based startup which provides an extremely convenient enterprise solution for video interviewing and talent analytics, has raised an undisclosed amount of funding to fuel product enhancement.

With this freshly raised capital, the company is planning to develop its product further and increase its sales efforts. ePoise, which was was founded by Sachin Agarwal and Bishan Singh in 2012, offers a unique cloud-based automated video interviewing solution for enterprise and corporate customers.

In its service, the client sets the questions which are put to candidates. The candidates are then automatically video-interviewed at a time set by the company. Through ePoise, the interviewee can give interview any time he feels comfortable while the interviewer can access that interviewer anytime. This saves them from being present on site at the same time.

It then stores the result data in its cloud platform which can be accessed anytime by the company. The client has to only pay for the usage and saves cost of buying any hardware or software.

While ePoise offers automated interviewing solutions, the startup also guarantees an almost 8x faster evaluation time of the candidates, thus saving a massive amount of time, usually spent on other manual evaluation procedures.

The company’s current list of customers includes Reliance Industries Limited, HCL, CSS Corp, afaqs!, itelligence, adsparx, etc.

Last year, the company raised an undisclosed amount from friends and family members. VCCircle got in touch with Sachin Agarwal, founder of ePoise who declined to comment on the name of investor and the amount of funding.
