Akamai says that the bug that had caused global internet outage has been fixed and everything now seems back to normal.


A global outage at Akamai, has resulted in prolonged downtime for several of global and Indian tech platforms, including the public debut-bound Zomato.

Downdetector shows that the issue started around 9pm on 22nd July, with users complaining about the app being down while their orders were in the pipeline.
