BUQU, a fashion-focused forward charging accessories maker has teamed up with Grammy-nominated DJ and producer Steve Aoki to today launch a new cake slice shaped power bank, dubbed as “Cake Me.” The power bank has been unveiled during the ongoing CES for the very first time.

The company is announcing a total of six power banks at the event. Each power bank comes with a 2500mAh battery that provides enough power to fully charge a smartphone one time. Also, all the power banks launched comes with a clip for attaching to backpacks, purses, totes, handbags, belt loops and gym bags to quickly become conversation pieces. Further, each and every BUQU power accessory includes a limited lifetime warranty, said the company.

Commenting on the launch of Cake Me power bank, Steve Aoki said,

I’m on the go 24/7 and am always charging so it made a ton of sense to team up with BUQU on this project since I was already rocking their chargers. I love that I can clip it to my belt loop or backpack so I always have it with me.

The six power banks launched by BUQU at CES 2017 include Steve Aoki’s CAKE ME, Ghost, Power Poof, Chill, Pops, and Melo. The Ghost model glows in the dark, while the Power Poof has a faux fur pom-poms to make it a stylish fashion accessory. The design of the Chill model signifies cute and cool aspects, the Pops is a creamsicle-inspired one, whereas the Melo model looks like a watermelon. While the Cake Me model is priced at $25, every other model is priced at $20.

The new line of BUQU power banks, including Cake Me, are now available for pre-order on the company’s own website. These devices will begin shipping late February 2017, but Pops and Melo will begin shipping mid-March 2017. The line will be featured at Tilly’s, Forever 21 and other fine retailers from starting March 2017.
