Gladiris Technologies, a firm which caters to ERP solution needs of small and medium businesses, has raised angel investment. While the company has announced fund raising, it has not revealed the amount raised.

The investors who participated in this round include Rahul Kirloskar, Adi Saravanan, Pravin Dongre, and Mahendra Doshi. Fusion Tech Ventures, the investment arm of Pramod Chaudhary has also invested in current round.

The funding raised in this round will be deployed for further enhancement of its products. Along with that, the company will also spend money for customer acquisition activities.

Gladiris’ offering — SpiderG — is an online invoicing platform. It enables businesses to electronically transact and communicate with vendors and suppliers, as well as keep track of other transaction data.

Adi Sarvanan, president at Allsec Technologies, who invested in this round, said,

The SpiderG team has a varied and in-depth experience. I am impressed with what they have achieved in a short span with a very low cash burn. It is good to see companies like this building innovative products for the global market.

The Pune-based firm was founded in 2013 by a team of 3 people. Gladiris first consulted companies for their system needs. Then it customized an opensource ERP. Finally, it executed its implementation.

The company feels, that even though an ERP solution solved a lot of internal problems for the customer, it still was an overkill for most customers. This led them to the idea of SpiderG. It was conceptualized and developed after months of research of past solutions, existing practices, future technologies and talking to business enterprises.
