ZenRadius, an online hiring platform which helps start-ups to find new talent, has raised an undisclosed amount in seed funding from start-up incubator TracxnLabs and Deepak Singh, founder of Anzy Careers.

Founded by Nitesh Mishra, Arpit Kumar and Alok Yadav this month, the company is building a platform for teams and individuals to make job referral efficient and easy. It is taking a new approach in finding perfect candidate for teams with help from their own network.

Through its platform, clients can screen their own networks for potential matches, send personalized emails, review CVs, and cross-check multiple sources on one unified system. It is focusing on the start-ups and small businesses which cannot spend much on hiring process, although the platform can also be utilized by big corporations.

There are already many existing similar websites and models, but ZenRadius claims that its platform eliminates many cumbersome process related to recruitment while promoting transparency and efficiency.

ZenRadius uses analytics to find the right people to make referrals for the job descriptions you post. It also widens your circle of referrals by tapping into your contacts as well as the contacts of your contacts. In just two clicks, you could send an email to 40 people who matter for a job posting.

Nitesh Mishra, co-founder of the company, said,

“We were often asked by both our personal and professional contacts if we could recommend potential candidates for job opportunities in their companies. This got us thinking.”

Abhishek Goyal, co-founder of Tracxn Labs, said,

“Over the years, we have seen that people we hired through common friends had much higher degree of success… but the process of finding people through the network was very tiring. We thought technology could simplify this process significantly.”

TracxnLabs is an incubator started by Tracxn, a data analytics firm backed by Flipkart co-founders Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal. This is the fourth investment from the one month old incubator.

Recruitment of talented people for tech companies is a big problem in India. There are several players in the market which are striving to solve this problem in different ways. While TalentPad uses analytics, Venturesity organizes hackathons to find talent.
