Voodoo, an app which enhances the online shopping experience has raised $1 million in seed funding from Saif Ventures. The co-founders of Voodoo, Mohit Mittal & Vijay Reddy plan to use this funding to develop Voodoo into a truly unique mobile first global shopping experience.

When customers are browsing through various items on a shopping website, Voodoo will automatically appear wherever it finds a better price on any other store or whenever it finds a store where more variety of the products is available. The app also mines out all the coupons that are in circulation across a variety of apps and provides a quick way to apply the coupons on the checkout page.

Voodoo currently shows products from all the major shopping websites and apps such as Paytm, Jabong, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, Shopclues, eBAY, Myntra, HomeShop18, Indiatimes, Freecharge, Uber, TaxiForSure, Ola, Foodpanda, Zomato Order, Bookmyshow, Goibibo & 8 more. The company plans to support other websites also in near future.
