Capabiliti, a Software-as-a-Service platform which provides training and helps with recruitment, has raised Rs. 2.6 crore in funding from 500 Startups, Kunal Bahl, Rohit Bansal, and Freshdesk founder Girish Matrubootham.

Along with them, Google’s Rajan Anandan, Nasscom’s Ravi Gururaj, ex-Canaan Partners MD Alok Mittal, Capillary Technologies founder Krishna K Mehra and Cisco’s Alok Bardiya have also invested in this round.

With the new cash infusion in the company, it is now planning for an international expansion along with doubling its team and enhancing its technology infrastructure.

Founded in October 2014 by Mrigank Tripathi and Sachin Grover, Noida-based Capabiliti is a self-service platform which helps, trains and assess remote employees, vendors and clients of companies employing field workforces like sales agents and delivery boys.

Being a cloud based platform, there is no need to install a software. It gets detailed reports for each person in your audience and overall performance statistics. You can also customize and create solutions as per your requirements with your own logo and branding.

Working on a pay per use basis model, the company has already seen over 7,00,000 transactions on its portal. It has clients like Airtel, Flipkart, Shopclues and Indus Towers on board.

Mrigank Tripathi, co-founder and CEO of the company, said,

Companies have focused on recuitment and training of direct employees but not the frontline staff who are impacting revenues and brand of the company.

Ravi  Gururaj, Chairman of Frictionless Ventures & Chair Nasscom Product Council, said,

The Qustn platform targets the large opportunity of skilling India effectively. Converting people to be productive and industry ready at nationwide scale necessitates a radical reform in multiple aspects and is a key agenda for the Modi Government whose ambitious ‘Skill India Mission’ seeks to skill 40.2 crore workers by 2022.
