Just a day after the unsuccessful release of the iOS 8.0.1, Apple issued  ” iOS 8.0.2″ with a promise to fix the cellular reception and Touch ID issues confronted by  iPhone 6 and 6 Plus users.

After the release of iOS 8.0.1, many anxious users came up with disabled cellular network and Touch ID. Less than an hour after launch, Apple pulled down the update. This new update as stated by Apple includes improvements and bug fixes originally in iOS 8.0.1.

According to Apple, less than 40,000 devices were affected by iOS 8.0.1 bugs. Apple also apologized for the inconvenience caused alongside the release of iOS 8.0.2. The update is available for download over the air. We’ll report back as soon as we test it out.
