Ascendas-Singbridge launches its eighth International Tech Park in Gurgaon

Singapore-headquartered Ascendas-Singbridge, Asia’s leading sustainable urban and business space solutions provider unveiled International Tech Park Gurgaon, an integrated IT park within the upcoming business district in India’s National Capital Region.

Currently under development, the first building is scheduled to be completed by late next year. The unveiling event saw Singapore’s deputy prime minister, Tharman Shanmugaratnam, as well as other dignitaries from Singapore and India as guests.

The Park is located near Sector 59, Gurgaon with 60-acre ITPG will provide 8 million sq ft of international standard business space when fully developed, complete with social amenities that can cater to an estimated 60,000 professionals. The park will offer spacious food courts and conveniences such as banking, transport and covered parking spaces along with a unique environment-friendly infrastructure. The Phase 1, comprises of two buildings and offers approximately 1 million square ft. of Grade – A business space.

ITPG will mark a major development in North India under the Ascendas India Growth Programme which was introduced in 2013. It invests in business space developments in India with Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund GIC as a principal investor.
