NGDATA, the customer experience management solutions company, announced the opening of its office in Singapore. The company is expanding into the Asia-Pacific region in order to meet the continued increase in demand for Lily Enterprise, the company’s customer experience management solution.

The office will be the sales and services office for NGDATA, with the intention of serving as the hub for the APAC region. Its key focus is to continue to build its presence in the banking industry within Singapore, allowing banks to deliver more relevant customer experiences. Its Lily Enterprise is the customer experience management solution that finds insights and executes on them, bridging the gap between the worlds of data and business, enabling companies to deliver timely, relevant, contextually-aware, and personalized offers and experiences that customers embrace.

As part of this expansion, NGDATA appointed Frank Weyns as head of its APAC operations. Frank will be responsible for managing NGDATA’s sales and field operations in this region.
