India-based virtual telephony service Knowlarity has collaborated with Freshdesk to extend the support for its core product SuperReceptionist to Freshdesk’s ticketing system. We had reviewed Super Receptionist earlier, and it is seriously an app an SME could blindly depend upon for deploying daily tasks.

Knowlarity is a cloud telephony service provider incorporated in 2009. Their product range includes SuperFax, SuperConference, SuperCaller and SuperReceptionist.

Knowlarity provides IVR (Interactive Voice Response) solutions to enterprises, boasting over 10,000 SME clients and over 500 larger customers in 66 countries.

Super Receptionist lets business owners track overall business health in real-time based on missed calls, new and returning customers, and geographies.

A bar-graph shaped like a thermometer tells you how many calls were answered, and how many were missed. Business owners can listen to recordings of customer calls on the web and mobile app.

The company claims that SuperReceptionist’s integration with Freshdesk encourages SMBs to scale down after call work (ACW) by 50 percent, reduce human effort required to support customers, and minimize errors that are usually rampant while manually transferring data between systems.

Ambarish Gupta CEO & Founder of Knowlarity Communications, said –

It is our pleasure to collaborate with Freshdesk and extend support to SMBs so that they can effectively optimize workflow and improve productivity. The collaboration will accelerate seamless flow of data to SMBs and young entrepreneurs.

The company is head-quartered in Singapore and has offices in Gurgaon, Mumbai and Bangalore, and raised $16 million in its Series B last year.

Knowlarity is looking to aggressively expand their footprints in emerging markets especially in South-East Asia and the MENA region. They have already opened offices in Singapore and Philippines and are in process of opening one in Dubai.
