On-Demand Healthcare Platform Inayo Raises $300K In Seed Funding

Inayo, a Mumbai based healthcare platform which delivers daily medication and health care needs has raised $300,000 in seed funding from Slideshare founder Amit Ranjan, Kemark Ventures,  Zishaan Hayath (Cofounder Toppr.com)and others.

The funding raised will be used in expansion of Inayo in 22 localities in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru as well as for enhancing the product features. The company is also aiming  to process 100 orders per day by October end.

Inayo is a mobile app platform aimed at simplifying medication and healthcare. The company has over 30,000 products spread across various categories such as Medicines, Patanjali, Ayurvedic products, Sports Nutrition, Personal Care products, Baby Care products and much more.

At present, Inayo provides its services in Powai and Andheri in Mumbai and offers delivery of products within 90 minutes of order.

For ordering prescription drugs, users need to upload a scanned picture of prescription on the Inayo app. After the verification of prescription, the order is processed for which customers can pay via Cash On Delivery.

With the help of the app, users can also set reminders and instructions on how and when to take their medicines. Inayo plans to foray into other healthcare services which include on demand Pathology tests.
