Ad-Tech Data Analytics Startup Eywa Media Secures $1 Million From aH! Ventures And Others

Singapore based startup Eywa Media has secured $1 million in seed funding from Indian deal making firm aH! Ventures and VC fund Mantra Ventures. The funding round also saw participation from US based private equity fund Viktor Koenig.

The company will use the funds to expand its geographical presence in addition to  up with new products and services. 

The funds would be used for upgrading existing products and launching new products. Further, it would also be used for expanding its marketing and sales presence into newer geographies,

said Anshuman Pratap Chaudhary, co-founder at Eywa Media.

He further added that in the next 12 months their main focus is to build massive scale in embedding their mobilesync SDK across devices, SIMs, third-party apps and browsers and install their EYWAConnect TV+ cloud platform with the clients.

Currently the company has its presence in India, Singapore and UAE with headquarters in Singapore and offices in Mumbai and Bengaluru. It is planning to enter US, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Eywa media deals with providing solutions and crucial data to brands, advertisers, marketers related to their advertisements being relayed on various media such as TV, mobile, etc.  This is primarily done by their main product, EYWAConnect TV+ cloud platform through which audio signals and wavelengths can be detected through the platform installed in third party apps,browsers and SIMs.

With the help of this data, concerned people with ads can get insight into the consumer habits and customize their ads through better and useful, effective targeting of customers.

Eywa Media was founded by Ramsubramaniya Raja and Anshuman Pratap Chaudhary and started its operations in 2014. About their main product EYWAConnect TV+ platform, Raja says,

Our EYWAConnect TV+ platform seamlessly connects with the ecosystem of connected devices using our mobilesync SDK on one end and the cloud-based enterprise software on the other end. [It allows] broadcasters, advertisers etc. to embed consumer interactivity and engagement via our audio detection technology and reach out to the consumers.

He further added that they plan to take the platform to other geographical locations in Asia as well in future. The other products by the company include EYWA SDK, EYWA Tango and EYWA Analytics
